You name it, and we store it for you safely! It could be anything, right from your personal belongings such as furniture, photos, stationery, clothing, vehicles, bikes or bicycles etc. We can also store
business inventory for you, like documents and tools. However, we do not store any harmful or
flammable products.
Once the storage confirmation is issued, here are a few simple steps you need to follow and the documents you need to provide:
1) The signing of a lease agreement in person
2) First installation (this will include rental for the first month along with GST at 18%. ) (The first installation comprises of one months rent with GST)
3) Photographs- 2 (in colour)
4) Valid ID Proof/s : Aadhar card, Driving Licence, Voter ID, & Passport.( For foreigner nationals we require their passports with valid visa copy)
5) Other charges- Security deposit (which is, one month security deposit)
6) Taxes as applicable (GST at 18% on Rent only)

Yes, we recommend the Movers and Packers, which are on our companies panel. As we are storage company and maintain full transparency in our dealings, thus we do provide the contact details of the movers and packers and then further details on pricing or any negotiations, the customer has to directly deal with them. We do not keep any profit margins in that.
The customer can use his/her mover packer or can find many mover and packers on online.
Our storage space has many CCTV cameras for 24-hour surveillance. Besides, we have trained
security personnel and manpower, regular pest control services (twice a month), and
weatherproofing services. Your goods are kept in places that are securely and safely locked. To visit the storage spaces, prior appointments need to be made. Only an authorised person or an appointed
nominee can use the storage place which is allocated to them. We have a nominee policy for the same. Every storage room and locker is locked by customers personal lock and key. The key holder is the customer whose storage is allocated to them. We do not deposit or keep any customers storage
keys.
Only one nominee can be nominated, whether self storage room or utility locker. As for the formalities, you will be required to be present along with the nominee at the premises to fill out a nomination form. Documentation of the nominee will also be needed during the process.
In case an emergency arises, you can name a beneficiary. It is not mandatory to have a nominee.
Our storage premises are accessible to you 24/7. You need to make a prior appointment with us to visit the storage space. You will also need to carry valid ID proofs (with pictures) during the visit and
registered mobile number, where by the verification through OTP will come on registered mobile
number.
The rental is fixed and not open to negotiation. Although we keep coming up with offers.
Worry not! You will be given complimentary insurance on your goods. Your goods will be covered in the event of natural perils (like fire, and natural disasters ) and human perils (such as burglary, or malicious damage).
Our Storage room sizes vary from 10 sqft to 350 sqft area.
We can customise storage customers as per the customers needs.

We accept online payments, bank transfers, UPI, cheques and cash.
If the customer wants to terminate the contract, then customer has to write an email at least one month in advance notice, for the termination of contract. The email has to be sent at companies registered email Id which is selflocksafestorage@gmail.com. Once the lease term is lapsed, the customer can take the goods out of the storage unit.
If there is no damage of storage room, then the refund would be processed with 7 working days.

You can store the goods from 1 month to 11 months. The contract can keep extending to as many number of months, its just the 11 months contract has to revised acer every 11 months.
The security deposit is charged in case of any damage to the premises by the tenant as well as the non-payment of the rent.
The customer can book the storage online and has to block storage by making the payment of the monthly rent along with 1 months refundable deposit, acer that the customer has to upload and submit his personal verification documents like Adhar card, driving license and a pan card along with 2 coloured passport size photos. Once the documents are submitted the customer has to sign the companies terms and conditions and 11 months lease agreement. Acer signing the agreement the customer is ready to use the storage.
If the customer fails to collect the items, as per the termination of the contract, then customer has to pay another one months rent for extending the storage term. If the rent is not paid then the customer has to Rs.1000 per day as the late fine.
No, they do not. The coat for packing and moving will be charged separately.
Other than rent, we do not charge any additional amount.
Yes, you are free to make any changes, additions or removal, to the inventory list.
